Although a ban may not be a guaranteed thing — Microsoft is in talks for the app to be purchased from ByteDance in China, which eliminates the security concerns that prompted Trump’s announcement — Hype House head and frogtokers both are trying to save their TikToks, in the event the app ceases to exist. Because nothing will ever replicate the dopamine rush, you get from hearing “mipan, zhu-zhu?zhu.”
