Though we occasionally experience happiness, satisfaction, bliss, love, or both, most of us are constantly striving for more. This is what we all struggle with every day.

When you do this, thoughts disappear. The “me” goes away. This is something you have to discover for yourself. You have to shine a light on yourself. It would help if you asked yourself these questions. You can observe everything for yourself. The battle for your freedom will end once you have done this. Awareness doesn’t have choices. Understanding doesn’t have preferences. Awareness does not resist anything. Attention doesn’t compare to anything.
